The calendar items are initially shown one day at a time.  You can change to another day by clicking on the date on one of the calendars at the bottom of the window.  To see the evening activities, you need to click on the "Show 24 Hours" link at the bottom of the "times" column.  This is the best view to see all the many Wednesday activities at PVUMC.

You can also click on the buttons at the top right of the calendar to see a week at a time or a monthly calendar.
